I
first walked on the Sea Pines Beach 45 years ago.
My family has owned property on the Island continuously
since the late 60's. After graduating from Duke
University in 1971, my entrepreneurial spirit
led me to Colorado where I was a principal and
president of 3 different start up companies. I
brought my strong business and marketing experience
to the Island and joined The Sea Pines Real Estate
Company in 1997. I have consistently been one
of the companies top producers. I'm a member of
the Sea Pines Country Club and I live with my
family near the beach in Sea Pines. We spend our
spare time playing golf, tennis and riding our
bicycles on our pristine beaches. I love this
place.

My
first visits to Hilton Head Island were in the
early 70's, and, with every trip to the island,
I enjoyed Hilton Head more and more and knew
that someday it would be my home. After working
more than 25 years in the telecommunications
business in Cincinnati, Ohio, and also in Honolulu,
Hawaii, I was ready for a change. I joined the
Sea Pines Real Estate Company and work out of
the South Beach Marina Office with the Bob Clark
and Associates team. I would love to help you
learn more about Hilton Head and find the primary,
second or retirement home of your dreams, or
perhaps a great investment opportunity. Hilton
Head Island has so much to offer and it just
gets better every day. Please stop by my office
at the South Beach Marina and let's talk. It's
a beautiful day on Hilton Head Island.

Forest's
father introduced him to the natural beauty
that is Sea Pines Plantation in 1967. It was
love at first sight. Now, after obtaining both
an engineering and a business degree, and after
retiring from a business banking career, Forest
finally gets to work and play where his heart
has long been!
If
you're looking for a no-nonsense approach to
evaluating Hilton Head real estate, peppered
with a deep and abiding love of all that makes
Hilton Head, and especially Sea Pines, special,
then Forest Frank is your agent.
