Originally from Roanoke, VA, Ann spent many summers growing up on Hilton Head Island with her family. Ann permanently moved to the Island in 1979 and has been in real estate sales for the last 26 years. As a Top Producer for The Sea Pines Real Estate Company, she has a track record for marketing and selling waterfront and ocean front properties (over $28 million under contract in 2000). She is a Life Member of the Distinguished Sales Award and had been ranked in the top 10 sales agents for the Sea Pines Company over the last 10 years. Ann is a Top Producer, Hall of Fame - Silver Level with over $200 million sold! In 2006 Ann ranked #4 in Closed Listings and #1 Listings Sold - May 2006. For 2007, Ann was #3 in Closed Sales, #5 in Closed Listings and #5 in Closed Business. Ann also had over 40 oceanfront sales during her career.
