Community Description:
A quiet community of ocean-oriented homes
and villas conveniently located at the south end
of the island. While there are no actual oceanfront
homes or villas in Shipyard, residents enjoy easy
beach access and parking at the Shipyard Beach Club.
The community features three nine-hole golf courses,
the Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Resort with 20
championship courts in addition to trails for walking,
biking, rollerblading and jogging. There are also
fresh water lagoons for fishing.
